FRAMES - Our heavy gauge wrought iron frames are manufactured using bar stock steel as well as cold rolled steel tube. Mesh components are heavy gauge with a high degree of control placed on the dimensional openings. Frames are pre-treated and sealed using an Electro-deposition primer coat prior to being powder coated.

FINISHES - All frames are finished with rust free paints. These durable coatings were carefully coordinated with our fabrics for unparalleled beauty and style. All frames are powder coated with a special high performance baked on polyester based paint, which will bend, but will not peel, blister or flake. Additional colors are applied by hand, utilizing either a special "hand wiped", "hand dabbed" or "hand brushed" technique to create a unique antique and faux effect. With these special paint processes no two pieces of furniture will be exactly alike. Frames are finished with a urethane top coat to protect its beauty.
