TWO OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY OF OVERSIZED MERCHANDISE

 

 1) Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price.

  • The estimated delivery time will be approximately 1-3 weeks from the time of order.
  • The carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment, please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out.
  • Two men will accompany the shipment to remove your order from the truck and place it in your garage.
  • Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.
  • Standard delivery does not include disposal of packaging.
  • Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

 

2) We also offer a “White Glove Installation” option if you live within our geographical install area:

Litehouse’s exclusive White Glove Installation option offers you all of the benefits of our team of professional installers at an affordable price.

 

  • Spas – Delivery and placement of the spa anywhere on your property*, unpacking of the spa and disposal of all packing material.

* Placement of the spa in excess of 10’ from ground, sinking of spa in decks and/or crane deliveries requires additional lead time and extra fees.

  • Billiard Tables – Delivery, assembly and placement of your billiard table anywhere in your home, leveling of the table and removal of all packing material

 

  • Tanning Beds – Delivery, assembly and placement of your tanning bed anywhere in your home and removal of all packing material

 

  • Bars – Delivery, assembly and placement of the bar anywhere in your home and removal of all packing material

 

You also get a 30 day installation warranty with any of these White Glove installations!!
